Working with Martha to purchase a home after moving across the country 
was a pleasure. We really needed someone who could give us the local 
insight we were lacking and Martha's long history in the seacoast area 
really came through. Her regional knowledge was incredible, ranging

attractions.

She was always flexible, did extensive property searches, and put 
considerable effort into scheduling showings at times that worked for 
our busy schedules. After every property visit she spent a significant 
amount of time both getting our opinions in order to better tailor 
future suggestions and giving us advice on things we may not have 
noticed. Her knowledge of what renovations were possible and which 
would be cost prohibitive was invaluable. She never rushed us and 
showed a genuine interest in helping us find the perfect home.

In the end, her skillful negotiation and organization made for a 
smooth and pleasant transaction. We could not be happier in our new 
home.
