A resident of New Hampshire for the past 30 years, I have an excellent knowledge of the various communities. Prior to moving to New Hampshire, my family relocated, due to my husband’s career, seven times in eleven years, buying and selling a home with each move. We have bought in a sellers market, sold in a buyers market and all other economic conditions in between.

On the commercial side of real estate, I have been in the rental property business for over 27 years owning and managing numerous properties. I also have the experience of developing a business from the ground up. This included, developing a business plan, locating property in NH and ME, negotiating leases, working with architects, builders, electricians, plumbers, city municipalities, and banks.

 

I am licensed in New Hampshire and Maine and a member of the Strafford Board of Realtors.

 

Outside of work, I am a member of the Sounds of the Seacoast: a women’s A cappella chorus, singing in the barbershop style and a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Also, I LOVE to play “at” golf and bridge!!!!
